After years in the corporate world, Ben’s life changed when he studied respect-based parenting before the birth of his daughter. The question that emerged: “why isn’t it the norm for every new dad to learn this stuff?”

With 200 hours of training under RIE Associate® Elizabeth Memel, Ben has dedicated his life to activating the latent power of fathers to raise healthier and more resilient kids. Early Engagement courses have been distilled from decades of practice in respect-based parenting, collaboration with luminaries across early childhood development and public health, and the collective wisdom of a community of dads.
