Welcome to StrongStart for New Dads at the Pump Station!

You are about to take the next step on the greatest journey of your life. We’re happy to help you on your way.

This is a new and improved version of our signature StrongStart Program, developed in partnership with doctors, early childhood researchers, and parents. We hope to give you information that actually helps things go better— for you, your partner, and your child. You’ll also get to hang out with other new dads in the same boat over pizza and beer!

To help us keep improving for the dads who come after you, we hope you’ll answer some questions before and after the session. We’ll also follow up with a brief survey six months from now.

For your feedback, you will receive a gift card to the Pump Station store! All answers will be kept anonymous.

All answers are completely anonymous, and will be used to improve the program and measure its impact on new dads’ wellbeing. This research is being led by Dr. Jennifer Bellamy at the Brown School at Washington University and Early Engagement.
